Rani Mukherjee experienced a wardrobe malfunction in one of her older films. She was wearing some wedding dress. She was doing rocking on some dance step. And she suddenly bends. And there you go!
Her nipple is quite clearly seen by everyone who watched this movie with full alertness and their eyes wide open.
